Your EU Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer ordering from within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, under EU distance-selling consumer protection law. This is a legal right, not a marketing offer, and it applies regardless of what any promotional banner elsewhere states.

How to Exercise This Right

To cancel your order, contact the seller in writing (letter, fax or email) within 14 days of receiving your goods, clearly stating your decision to withdraw. You do not need to give a reason. You are then responsible for sending the goods back within a further 14 days, and you will typically bear the direct cost of return shipping unless the seller states otherwise at checkout.

Refund Timing

Once the seller receives your cancellation notice, they are required to refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days — though they may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or proof of return shipment is provided, whichever is earlier.

We do not advertise a "money-back guarantee" beyond this statutory right, because we could not verify a longer guarantee period at the official checkout used for orders from this site. If the seller's checkout page states different or additional terms, those checkout terms take precedence.
